Bio Research Works	Bio Jorge Igual works as Associate Professor at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Spain. He obtained the Telecommunications Engineering and PhD degrees at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in 1993 and 2000, respectively. His reserach is focused on Statistical Signal Processing and Machine Learning, with special interest in Independent Component Analysis and Source Separation, with applications in Biomedicine, Astrophysics and Ultrasonics. He has published papers in journals with high impact factor and different conferences; he also partipates regularly in research projects, both national and european ones, with private and public fundings. He is on charge on management duties in the Alcoy campus of the UPV concerning teaching and organizative issues related to the Comunicaciones Department.
