Bio Research Works	Bio Vicent Miquel Rodrigo Peñarrochawas born in Valencia, Spain, on September 29, 1966. He received the Ingeniero de Telecomunicación degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), Madrid, Spain, in 1990, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia in 2003. He joined the Departamento de Comunicaciones at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in 1991 as a Lecturer. His current interests include antenna measurement, real and virtual instrumentation, radiowave propagation, and any educational activity.
