Jose F. Monserrat, a researcher from the Mobile Communications Group at ITEAM, has been chosen as part of the prestigious IVLP (International Visitor Leadership Program) of the United States, within the “science, technology, and entrepreneurship” project. Leaders such as Thatcher, Schröder, Sarkozy, Blair, May, Olmer, and Guterres have participated in the IVLP program.
The IVLP program offers the opportunity to interact with the government and professionals in the American field, establish bilateral connections, and foster long-term collaboration. This experience strengthens ties between the Universitat Politècnica de València and the American scientific system and contributes to professional and educational development.
