Today, the Tech Transfer Revolution event was held in Valencia, organized by the Tech Transfer committee of Startup Valencia. The event featured the participation of our director, Narcís Cardona, and Jose Capmany, a member of the Photonics Research Labs (PRL) group at iTEAM.
During their presentation, the iTEAM members discussed the importance of research roles both in the university and in society through technological transfer and the establishment of innovation ecosystems that retain the knowledge and talent they generate.
The event was inaugurated by Paula Llobet, Councilor for Tourism, Innovation, and Investment Attraction of the Valencia City Council, and Judith Saladrigas, Coordinator of the Tech Transfer Committee of Startup Valencia. It has also had the participation of Elisa Rivera, General Director of Knowledge Transfer at the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, who has presented the Government’s strategy on transfer matters.
