Researchers from the Microwave Applications Group (GAM) of iTEAM at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) have participated in the 2025 edition of the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS), the leading global event for professionals in the field of microwave and related technologies.
Held annually, IMS is the largest international forum dedicated to the latest advances in RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and terahertz technologies. The symposium brings together thousands of researchers, engineers, and representatives from industry and academia, offering a unique space for the presentation of scientific developments, exchange of ideas, and exploration of new technological solutions. The 2025 edition featured technical sessions, interactive forums, specialized workshops, and a large commercial exhibition showcasing the latest products and technologies from major companies in the field.
Members of the GAM group attended the event to present and defend results from various research projects focused on the development of advanced filters for space applications. These developments are key to improving the performance and efficiency of satellite communication systems, radar, and other aerospace technologies.
