The Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) hosted a Match meeting with the Valencian Association of Plastic Companies (AVEP), a key event to bring university research closer to the industrial sector and explore new pathways for value-added diversification and dual-use technologies.
Sergio Castelló, researcher from iTEAM’s MCG group, participated in a pitch session aimed at leading companies in the plastics sector and institutional representatives, with the goal of presenting research lines with high transfer potential.
During his presentation, he highlighted capabilities in the development of advanced materials and functionalization of passive polarized plastics as an alternative for multi-antenna communications signal management. This research is being carried out within the framework of the COREMAT-6G project, which focuses on the development of smart radio communications using reconfigurable materials and functionalization of passive polarized plastics as an alternative for multi-antenna communications signal management.
We thank AVEP and UPV Innovació for organizing this event and for the interest shown by the attending companies.
