The Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) will host the IEEE MTT-S International Conference on Numerical Electromagnetic and Multiphysics Modeling and Optimization (NEMO 2026) from July 1 to 3, one of the world’s leading conferences dedicated to electromagnetic modeling, multiphysics simulation, and optimization for radio-frequency, microwave, and terahertz applications.
The conference is organized by GAM group of iTEAM and will take place in the blue, red, and yellow cubes of UPV’s Ciudad Politécnica de la Innovación (CPI). In addition, the General Chair of NEMO 2026 is Professor Vicente E. Boria-Esbert, a UPV researcher and member of the GAM-iTEAM group.
Sponsored by the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S), NEMO is an annual international conference that rotates among Europe, North America, and Asia. It serves as a leading forum for researchers, developers, and professionals working in computational electromagnetics and computer-aided design (CAD) technologies.
Over the course of three days, the conference will bring together experts from universities, research centers, and industry worldwide to share the latest advances in electromagnetic modeling and analysis, design and optimization algorithms, multiphysics simulation, and tools for the development of advanced communication devices and systems.
