Course on the Impact of New Technologies on Intellectual and Industrial Property, Organized by iTEAM with the Support of IVACE+i and PONS IP

The Innovation Unit of the Institute of Telecommunications and Multimedia Applications (iTEAM) at the Universitat Politècnica de València organized a course titled “Impact of New Technologies on Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights”, as part of the initiatives INNTA1/2024/048 and INNVA2/2023/9, supported by IVACE+i (Valencian Institute for Competitiveness and Innovation).

The course was delivered by the prestigious firm PONS IP, a leading reference in the field of Intellectual and Industrial Property, known for its commitment to education and the dissemination of key knowledge in these areas—particularly in contexts related to technological innovation and knowledge transfer.

The course, taught by Violeta Arnaiz Medina, a recognized expert in intellectual property law, industrial property, and new technologies, focused on analyzing how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence are transforming the legal landscape and the protection of intangible assets.
