Sergio Castelló, researcher at the MCG group of iTEAM, participated in the Sino-Spanish Joint Workshop, an event organized by the Beihang Valencia Polytechnic Institute (BVPI) to promote knowledge exchange and explore potential collaborations between researchers from both institutions.
During the workshop, researchers from UPV and young researchers from BVPI briefly presented their main research lines with the aim of identifying common interests and potential avenues for collaboration on future joint projects. Sergio Castelló participated in Sub-forum 3: Smart Materials, Energy Efficiency & Sensing Infrastructure, which focused on areas such as composite materials, flexible electronics, energy-efficient structures, and sensing technologies. During his presentation, he introduced his research lines related to electromagnetic tissue models, flexible electronics, and dielectric materials.
The session continued with an exchange among the participating researchers aimed at identifying synergies and collaboration opportunities. The workshop format combined brief presentations of research lines with discussion and brainstorming sessions to explore potential joint projects.
