The first webinar of the Inside RAPTOR series, “Designing Rugged Electronic Instrumentation for Military & Harsh Environments”, will take place on 29 September. The session will focus on the challenges and considerations involved in designing electronic instrumentation for military applications and harsh environments and will be delivered by Marios Sophocleous, RAPTOR Technical Manager.

The webinar is organized within the framework of the European RAPTOR project, funded by the European Defence Fund (EDF). The project brings together iTEAM-UPV, AIMPLAS, EXUS AI Labs, eBOS Technologies and iTTi to develop an innovative predictive maintenance system for firearms based on low-cost printed sensors, robust electronics, secure wireless communications and artificial intelligence, with the aim of improving the reliability, safety and operational readiness of these systems.
